Located near the city of Sibiu, this residence represents a beloved project of the Pure Mess team, in which they successfully imprinted their stylistic mark.
Open Gallery Designed for a family of four, the home features a spacious living area comprising a kitchen with an island bar, dining area, living room, office, and night zone with four bedrooms, a master dressing room, and two bathrooms.
The project began by furnishing three distinct zones to achieve coherent, ergonomic compartmentalization and continued by outlining the design concept. "We took advantage of the fact that the architectural project was conceived with a curtain window spanning the entire length of the kitchen, the design emphasizing natural light, especially through the soldier-type furniture made of matte white MDF.
The dining area serves as the connecting element between the kitchen, living room, and office. Here we find a spacious table for eight people, which draws attention with its solid wood top. It is an area that was intended to be clearly defined, accentuated by the oversized lighting fixture, which adds dynamism and fluidity to the space.
The modular sofa from Ditre Italia provides the desired flexibility for clients, featuring a reading nook and a relaxation corner. The wall with the fireplace and television ensures harmonious communication with the dining area while providing sufficient intimacy at the same time; it was designed for family movie nights.
The shared workspace, the office, was conceived to be efficiently divided by the entire family. The initial sensation is one of spaciousness, followed by a feeling of warmth and comfort in the well-defined room through its two zones.
“The first zone is functional, with the two desks benefiting from generous natural light and ample storage space. The second zone is designed as a bow window where the bench with storage communicates directly with the interior courtyard of the house.”
The ground floor bathroom serving the living area embodies the definition of minimalism through its cubic forms and discreet wooden inserts. All the ceramics are from the Inalco collection, and attention to detail is paramount.
The surprise of the house and the entire design is the jacuzzi area, a true oasis of relaxation. The architects tell us that they created "a neutral ambiance here that highlights the water-resistant photo wallpaper from Wall&deco.
This ambiance, depending on how light enters the space, is a perfect relaxation haven, with comfort enhanced by the futuristic furniture with subtle lines from Plus T.
The master bedroom predominantly features a contemporary style, leaving the impression of a very elegant and sober hotel room, yet warm at the same time through the balanced ratio of warm and cool colors and the materials used. The photo wallpaper (Wall&Deco brand) serves as a pleasant backdrop for the headboard, accentuated by warm LED lighting.
